Non-certified staff implementing reconciliation between passengers and baggage.

Objectives

Acquire knowledge to implement reconciliation between passengers and baggage in compliance with security rules.

Contents

Theoretical

  • Knowledge of the acts of unlawful interference already perpetrated in civil aviation, terrorist attacks and current threats.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements applicable in reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of hold baggage reconciliation procedures
  • Knowledge of the objectives and organization of aviation security,
  • Knowledge of duties and responsibilities of those conducting security checks (adapted to the area concerned).
  • Knowledge of technical requirements for cross-checking passengers and baggage.
  • Knowledge of protection requirements for airport equipment used for handling passengers and baggage.
  • Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
  • Ability to respond appropriately to security incidents.

3.30 hrs (except test 30 min)

There are no prerequisites for this course.

Method

  • Theoretical course in classroom.
  • A qualified and experienced trainer provides the training action.

Evaluation

  • Theoretical : Written validation test (minimum 12/20 required).
