• Knowledge of acts of unlawful interference already perpetrated in civil aviation, terrorist attacks and current threats.
• Knowledge of applicable legal requirements in the relevant field.
• Knowledge of objectives and organization of aviation security.
• Knowledge of duties and responsibilities of those conducting security checks (adapted to the area concerned).
• Knowledge of hold baggage reconciliation procedures
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
• Ability to respond appropriately to security events.
• Knowledge of protection requirements for airport equipment used for handling passengers and baggage.
